Touch Tap is designed after a dexterity and stamina training exercise that your Physical Therapist may give you.
Press the start button and tone of the cubes will light up telling you that the cube needs to be touched. When touched the the light will move on to the next cube in sequence. Pick a point close to the iPad and while holding an object in your hand touch the point and then tap the lighted cube on the ipad with your finger. Repeat this sequence for all of the cubes in the first set. When you have touched the last light in the set, the set number will increment and relight the first light. Pick a point further away from the ipad and continue to Touch and Tap your way through as many sets as you can, while increasing the distance away from the iPad for each set.
The reset button will stop the sequence and reset the set counter to 1.
The heavier the object you carry and the longer the distance from the Touch point, the harder the exercise will be.
